Grain Free Chips and Dip
This chips and dip recipe is perfect for snacking, and you can feel good about it too by using store bought organic almond or coconut flour chips. They are low carb but give that delicious crunch you might have been missing.
The dip is simple enough to make, you can double or triple it if you’re planning on having guests over. If you want to dress it up even more, you can add chopped scallions, carrots, and celery into it to turn it full of veggies. You also don’t have to stop at the chips, you can plate it up with organic broccoli, cauliflower, carrot sticks, grape tomatoes, or celery sticks in order to make an awesome snack platter.
Unfortunately, this doesn’t keep as well because the acidity of the salsa ends up curdling the sour cream, and the liquids will start to separate, so it’s best to keep the ingredients apart until you’re ready to make it.
